Institutional dialogue around the informal economy and entrepreneur registration.
On 6 February 2026, from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM, Mr. Heang Vuthea, President of the Association of Global Entrepreneurs 1% Club (G-1%-Club), led a team of national and international club members in a high-level discussion with H.E. Mat Sary, Undersecretary and Head of the Secretariat Working Group at the Ministry of Industry.
The meeting aimed to strengthen collaboration in promoting awareness of the benefits of the informal economy and to encourage the registration of informal entrepreneurs through initiatives of the Global Entrepreneurs 1% Club.
The engagement adds to GE1%’s documented record of direct institutional dialogue in Cambodia, connecting entrepreneur outreach with public-sector collaboration and business-ecosystem participation.
