Business learning inside operating factories.
On Tuesday, 3 March 2026, GE1% members joined a factory tour and business networking visit to LUUS Factory and YEAKSA Factory in Cambodia, with the program running from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
The visit gave participants direct exposure to production floors, warehouse operations, manufacturing equipment, product handling and real operating environments — turning business learning into an on-site experience rather than a purely boardroom discussion.
Across the two factory environments, the activity created space for operational learning, relationship-building and conversation around production systems, supply chains, scalable operations and business collaboration.
